Private beta access
RoleKeep is being made available to you on an invitation-only, limited, revocable basis for evaluation and feedback. Features may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn at any time.
Confidentiality
Non-public features, designs, workflows, documentation, performance information, and other information you learn through the beta are RoleKeep confidential information. Do not disclose, publish, demonstrate, copy, or share that information with anyone except as required by law.
RoleKeep intellectual property
RoleKeep and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the service, including its software, designs, user interface, workflows, documentation, names, logos, and other intellectual property. This agreement gives you a limited right to use the beta; it does not transfer ownership or grant any right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from RoleKeep.
Use restrictions
You will not reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape, benchmark for publication, build a competing product from RoleKeep confidential information, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or other technical safeguards, except where applicable law clearly does not allow that restriction.
Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of the career information and other content you submit. You authorize RoleKeep to host, process, and use it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the beta. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant RoleKeep a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
No warranty; beta risks
The beta is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleKeep disclaims warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Do not rely on the beta as the sole copy of important information.
Ending access
RoleKeep may suspend or end beta access at any time. These confidentiality, intellectual-property, feedback, disclaimer, and limitation provisions survive the end of access.
Agreement
By selecting “I accept,” you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms and that you accept this agreement electronically. The RoleKeep Privacy and AI-use notice also applies to your use of the beta.
